Default Suddenly becoming hot, tired and glazed

Has anyone else experienced this? My husband keeps having episodes where he suddenly gets really hot, tired and develops a glazed faraway look. His other symptoms get worse too - walking becomes really difficult for him, so much that he can hardly get going.
These episodes sometimes happen midway through a meal but lately it's happening at other times too.
I know HD causes problems with the regulating of temperature and causes fatigue too, but it's strange how it happens so very suddenly.
I'm worried it's something other than HD but he's recently had blood and urine tests and a chest x-ray and all were clear.
Is this what happens to people with HD?
I'd be really grateful if someone could let me know whether they have experienced a similar thing as then I can stop worrying so much. Thanks.
