Default Immigration to Canada

I've tested positive for the gene, but I'm not symptomatic. Will this effect my chances at trying to immigrate to Canada?

Do I have to declare it during my medical exam? Because I feel that it doesn't matter because I'm not sick not and it's not contagious. What are your thoughts on this?

I don't know either, being diagnosed as positive isn't the same as being symptomatic....after all, right now, you don't have HD!

I would ask this question on the HDAC forum.. there are a bunch of Canadians on that board and if they don't know the answer maybe they will find out for you.
