Default Counselling

Hi all, does counselling work? Are there specific HD counsellors or therapists who can also help wth depression too? Feel like we're in a rut and can't see a light anywhere. I know that sounds bleak but am just looking at ways in which I can help my wife as much as possible. Feel helpless at the moment.

Thanks Fola
