I hate the stuff, tastes ghastly but....given that it helps you lose weight I think I'll buy a ton of it!! I might even change my name to Green Goddess!!

Just researched about it and it turns out that green tea is full of antioxidants that are very good for health. It also prevents diseases like blood pressure, heart problems, diabetes, cancer and many more. It is also used as an effective anti-aging and weight loss diet.
