Default Remember Someone Special this Christmas

For those of you who bypass the HDA Home Page when getting into Messy Board, you may want to see their latest advertised fundraiser project.

See HERE for details of how to donate a virtual light/bauble on a Christmas Tree in memory of someone special.

Not sure if it was because I was the first one to donate, or that Kate has my e-mail addy on speed-dial as it were where I keep pestering her, but I was thrilled to be approached by Kate Davis to help with promoting this campaign Actually... Kate may have been working on the basis of people wanting to fill the tree fast so that my ugly mug stops needing to be shown

HDA are now 'pushing' their Christmas Campaign out via social media and me and Steve are featured in the little poster part. See HERE for their pinned tweet at the moment.

There are a lot of beautiful dedications on the tree for loved ones and it's a good way to make a clear visual representation of just how many lives are affected by losing someone to HD. That doesn't just mean by their dying, we all know you can feel you are losing someone, or even yourself, through anticipatory grief.

Anyhoo

The £50 Star has been snapped up but there are still lots of £5 baubles to fill the tree. Be lovely if the tree could be filled by Christmas Day
